How we approach every engagement
Scope agreement
Before work begins, we agree on what the engagement covers and what it does not. This is confirmed in writing.
Observation and review
We attend site, speak with the operations lead, review documentation, and observe the flow. We do not rely solely on client-supplied summaries.
Written output
Every engagement ends with a written document — an observation note, a cadence reference, or a monthly review — that the client keeps and can act on at their own pace.
Single-Site Logistics Observation Note
A short engagement for a Malaysian company operating from one warehouse or distribution centre. We walk the site, sit with the operations lead, and produce a written observation note covering yard flow, inbound and outbound rhythm, and documentation. The work is operational consulting only; trade and customs filings remain with the client's licensed forwarders.
PROCESS
Scope confirmed → Site visit → Observation note drafted → Review call → Note finalised and delivered
ENGAGEMENT FEE
RM 540
Outbound Cadence Workshop
A three-week engagement helping a Malaysian SME structure the cadence of its outbound logistics — order receipt, picking, pack, despatch. Includes a written cadence reference and two workshops with the operations team. Operational practice only.
PROCESS
Scoping call → Week 1 observation → Workshop 1 → Draft cadence reference → Workshop 2 → Final document
ENGAGEMENT FEE
RM 2,200
Logistics Advisory Retainer
A six-month advisory retainer for established Malaysian firms with an internal logistics or operations director. Cadence is monthly written reviews, fortnightly calls, and one in-person workshop per quarter. We engage with operational cadence, internal documentation, and inter-site coordination. Carrier-rate negotiation remains with the client's chosen partners.
PROCESS
Onboarding session → Monthly reviews → Fortnightly calls → Quarterly workshops → Six-month review and renewal decision
MONTHLY RETAINER FEE
RM 4,300 /month
