Bay 02 — Methodology

How we approach every engagement

01

Scope agreement

Before work begins, we agree on what the engagement covers and what it does not. This is confirmed in writing.

02

Observation and review

We attend site, speak with the operations lead, review documentation, and observe the flow. We do not rely solely on client-supplied summaries.

03

Written output

Every engagement ends with a written document — an observation note, a cadence reference, or a monthly review — that the client keeps and can act on at their own pace.

Single site logistics observation
BAY-01 / ENGAGEMENT

Single-Site Logistics Observation Note

A short engagement for a Malaysian company operating from one warehouse or distribution centre. We walk the site, sit with the operations lead, and produce a written observation note covering yard flow, inbound and outbound rhythm, and documentation. The work is operational consulting only; trade and customs filings remain with the client's licensed forwarders.

Half-day site visit included within Selangor and the Klang Valley
Covers yard flow, inbound and outbound rhythm, and documentation review
Written observation note delivered within five working days
One follow-up call to address questions on the note

PROCESS
